Members - Most Entries Submitted’ – TeoPedro69 (4th in list) – View C_MediaComment - Insert new item - Insert (after filling in the fields on the page)
The user clicks on 'Insert'. Nothing seems to happen.Firefox records an error during this process, see attached

The new C_Media_comment entry gets created but the user gets no indication that this has happened and my test shows up as timed out after 60 seconds
