Deleting and inserting C_Media_Rating_Per_User_MM items causes table cells to merge

Description
Members - Most Entries Submitted’ – TeoPedro69 (4th in list) – View C_Media_Rating_Per_User_MM’ - Delete (choose first entry to delete). When the user deletes the item and then inserts another item, the list of C_Media_Rating_Per_User_MM items gets muddled.
I deleted the first item of 2 items in the list. The list then displayed only 1 item showing. I then chose to 'Insert new item'. Once this item was created I went back to the C_Media_Rating_Per_User_MM items list expecting to see 2 items. The table then displayed the first 2 entries which do not now appear to be in the same table cell. See attached
