Can see all hostiles around a planet after activating final signal

Description

Steps:
  1. Complete the storyline.

Expected Results:
The final destination is shown on the scanner.

Actual Results:
All hostiles around certain planets become permanently visible, making it difficult to determine which planet it is, since the coloured marker circle is obscured.

Fixed in 1.1.0

Problem was in poor actor management. Ships that weren't registered to the planet didn't get unloaded when the planet became distant.
