页面已经用bootstrap的栅栏系统改写，通过用bootstrap的栅栏系统，减少了margin与padding的使用，基本上不用；并且实现了手机与电脑通一套CSS与html页面，也就是说一套html与CSS既是电脑端（PC端）的网站页面，也是手机端（移动端）的网站页面，
