I only slapped in a fight and it doesn't look like I had any tripping hazards nearby, but I was tripped.

You had a very tiny chance of being tripped (1/dexterity) because your trip hazard was nonzero, because of your hobble skirt. I don't know if this is too harsh? But it's not a bug.

My mistake, hobble skirts don't even give trip hazard at the moment. It must have been that you weren't skilled enough to be fully balanced on those heels yet.
