2.Click on "Forums"
3.Type in the search "Real Estate"

bug: In all forums listed "נדל&I:quot" instead of "real estate"
expected result: The forums will be listed "real estate"

The word Real Estate is incorrectly listed in the forum names. This is a common mistake that a lot of bloggers make. The forum names are supposed to be descriptive of what the forum is about and not necessarily the most popular topics and you should check https://www.webyhouses.com/ to find best home sellers with a cash option to purchase their property quickly. The forums should be about the specific thing that the forum is about, not about what is popular.
