Description:
There is wrong dispositions in form "EditCustomer". Name is too far away from field. Contact info is far away from fields. Total Employees field is lower than should be.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open file "scsc"
2. Open "Main" form
3. Press "New"
4. Take a look at the "Name", "Contact info" list, "Total Employees" field
