Description:
There is orthographic errors in "EditContact" form. Small letter, no space between words and wrong disposition of Name (far away from field)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open file "scsc"
2. Open "Main" form
3. Create and open customer "customer 1"
4. Pres "New"
5. Take a look at the words and compare with screenshot
Actual results:
Orthographic errors and wrong disposition of Name
Expected results:
Words should start with the capital letter, we should separate words and move closer Name to the field
