Steps to reproduce:
1. Open file "scsc"
2. Open forms "EditContact", "EditCustomer"
3. Take a look at the name of windows
Actual results:
Wrong window name "Contact", "Customer"
Expected results:
Correct name "EditContact", "EditCustomer"
