Description:
There is error in pop-up help of buttons "save" and "close" in forms "EditContact", "EditCustomer". All pop-up help of buttons "save" and "close" shows like "close"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open file "scsc"
2. Open "Menu" form
3. Move mouse arrow to the buttons "save" and "close" and wait for pop-up help

Actual results:
Error in pop-up help of buttons "save" and "close". All pop-up help of buttons shows close

Expected results:
Pop-up help of button "save" shows - save
Pop-up help of button "close" shows - close

OS Windows 7
MS Access 2016
