Freeciv

The Tax Rate and Choose Your Strategy popup boxes appear under the cursor. Unfortunately, my cursor is very often down in the corner on the Turn Done button, requiring me to move the popups to use them, and sometimes resulting in missing the Choose Your Strategy popup until the end of turn, or even completely. It would be better if they appeared in the middle or, preferably, top-center of the Main View.
