Set experimental ruleset alt_dir as 'goldkeep'

Experimental ruleset is not living with new experiments but it's actually quite stable ruleset. It's current name is confusing at best. We should rename it when ruleset alt_dir support makes it possible.
Most distinguishing feature of the experimental ruleset is unit gold upkeep. So I propose 'goldkeep' as the new name.
