We just need to make a better way to look inside the squashfs rooted at the envvar APPDIR for data files than this hack https://github.com/zekoz/freeciv/commit/937d1aa93407b4b14b1d20019cd9fef0ad2e9d14
Also pick whether to use the opensuse build service or put this on travis/azure pipelines.
