I would like to refactor Qt client callbacks to a more idiomatic style.

Compatibility perspective: Compiling against Qt headers require C++11 anyway, and the only C++ code we have are various Qt-programs. So there's no compatibility argument against allowing lambdas.

Well, that's not true with the oldest version of Qt supported in S3_0, and indeed I got failed compilation of current version of Feature #846914 on an quite old environment I tested.
