Master aclocal problem on Debian Sid

Description
In current Debian Sid aclocal seems to doing its processing infinitely for our master branch. First time I noticed that I had not paid attention in hours, and it had filled entire harddisk of the virtual machine.
I'm worried this problem might be coming to Debian Testing soon.

'rm m4/* && git reset --hard' fixed it for me, despite the fact 'git status' did not show any garbage in the tree.
