1. 前置
1.1 會員A:未訂閱過 IIO, 有ITEM 可以轉移
1.2 會員B:有ITEM 可以轉移
1.3 會員A, 會員B二個是好友
2. 操作
2.1 會員A 由 背包點好友轉移 ，轉移給會員B
3. 問題
3.1 會員B 的異動紀錄清單,會員A nickname nickname 是空值
4. 正確
4.1 會員A 不是IIO 會員 在member.open_id 取不到值時,由bf! 提供的api (27.取得使用者頭像與暱稱 ) 即時取得
