Three ways to do this:
- pre-seek the track and then run the track transfer drive code (simple)
- seek the track within the track transfer drive code (medium)
- step onto the track within the track transfer drive code (a bit more complex, as we should accelerate/decelerate in the stepping process too to get best performance)
