openFix inaccurate calculation of Production in demographics.

Description
The phase in which demographics for net production is calculated, is after city growth (and thus, after new tile re-arrangements of city tile-workers.) Thus, the net production given is NOT the actual production. This results in production demographics being wildly inaccurate in rulesets with rapture or low food box or on any turn where a significant portion of cities change population.

That FCW patch to move mfg score calculation to the end of the previous turn seems not to handle beginning of a gaming session (loading from a saved game) in any way. It seem the mfg score is just uninitialized value in the first turn of the session.
