Authentication / input auto check function / information help messages are not working

Description
D: on Authentication web page, create an account and login forms, email input area: with an invalid data input an auto check function doesn't shows an information messages with explanation about current validation, meanwhile, an indicator changes color to red.
STR: 1)open browser Safari 13.1.2
2) go to http://automationpractice.com/index.php
3) go to Footer -> my Account
4) go to create an account form
5) enter data to email input area: 12345
6) click out of input area to check an auto check functions work
7) check an appearance of information messages
A.R.: indicator changes color to red
E.R.: indicator changes color to red and information help messages are shown
