Authentication / login form / error messages location violate the principle of uniformity

D: on "Authentication" page, in Login form an error messages locates not symmetrically to similar messages in create an account form , so this violates the principle of contents uniformity
STR: 1)open Safari 13.1.2
2) go to http://automationpractice.com/index.php
3) go to Footer -> my Account
4) go to create an account form
5) enter data to email input field: 12345 and press "Create an account"
6) enter data to email input field in Login form: 12345
7) press Sign in
8) Compare the location of error messages
