Top 5 Cities report inaccurately reports number of wonders

Description
It counts and tells only Great Wonders, not Small Wonders. But it reports them just as wonders. This implies aggregate of Great and Small Wonders, which is not the case. This confuses players. They see "no wonders" when the city has Small Wonder(s). In multiplayer rulesets where most wonders are Small Wonders, this is more of an issue.

Basically it's just replacing all text that says "wonders" with "Great Wonders"
