Description

Different kind of Travis builds are all currently configured with --prefix=$HOME/freeciv, meaning their installations overwrite each other. Make them install in different directories instead.

The idea that they overwrite each other was probably a brain fart from my part. They are not built in the same system, but with separate executors, at least at the moment.
I still think that applying the patch is a good idea, regardless.
