AI: consider units that can be loaded but can't be unloaded
Teach AI the special case when a unit once loaded onto a ferry will never (or until a special big event like building a wonder etc. and not at arriving into any city etc.) be able to get out of the transporter. The AI should consider the unbreakable pair (or, subsequently, company) as a single unit and would think what such copound units does it need.
This mechanism will be more important if we ever include CivIII-style armies into our rulesets (note: original CivIII AI is bad in managing armies and in later games the concept is abandoned, but I like it since it reduces unit micromanagement)
