PONDOKO REGISTRATION FAILED_CAN'T EDIT ID VIA BANKO APP
2022-10-10 (about 8 months late)
Client can't edit ID via BanKo App. As per her she registered via mobile app and the status was returned due to invalid ID provided and she was advised re-take ID with signature. She tried to log in again to BanKo App and there's no way or option to select for editing.
