情境:當交易媒合，可執行付款時，按下付款按鈕但卡住時，目前會無限轉圈圈等待
調整:
->當付款卡住10秒時，增加POPUP提示(只有確認按鈕的樣式)
->按下提示確認後，停留買賣頁
提示文案:很抱歉，目前系統繁忙，請稍後再嘗試付款！謝謝
