Overview
Cardio touch is a web application developed for hospitals to manage the records of cardiac patients
also the data is used for medical research all over India. Currently the application is running for
several hospitals.
System have three different users (Administrator, HOD/Doctors and Cath technicians). Administrator
can create different users and provide permissions to manage the records of the patients. Doctors
can add and manage patient details, diagnose history, prescription and hospital procedures of
patients also doctors can generate discharge summary of patients.
Application is also used for medical surveys which will help to determine the percentage of patients
suffering from cardiac disease on different reasons.
